Rust Observer is not an official Rust support service.

We cannot help with:

bans,
Steam account issues,
refunds,
official servers,
bugs that should be reported directly to Facepunch,
complaints against players,
clan conflicts,
or server administration disputes.

A good message includes:

a link or image if needed,

and the name or nickname to use for credit.
